In the end, it looks like Tamar Braxton and Vince Herbert's ongoing divorce battle is about to get really, really messy.
His ex Tamar Braxton spoke to TMZ earlier this morning to clarify a few things about the "spousal assault" that Vincent was booked into Los Angeles jail for - and she admits things got "heated and a bit exaggerated" in the lead-up to the cops showing up at her house.
Vince said that Tamar stay away from our conversation and things just go falling from there.
Us Weekly can confirm that Herbert was arrested on a misdemeanor charge on Christmas Day before he was released on $20,000 bail.
"I am still in complete shock and it's extremely upsetting that a new year is upon us and I'm still dealing with the same exhausted issues from my children's father", Laura Govan said in a statement.
The Braxton Family Values star, 40, captioned the message: "Say what you was about me...but I'm good & Got Damn exhausted of the bull 2018 belongs to who DARES to take your life BACK!"
The woman the four-time Grammy nominee was referring to was Basketball Wives alum Laura Govan who is reported to have recently vacationed with the 45-year-old Streamline Records founder. He doesn't tell to Tamar about the business trip she is completely out of this loop. According to the singer, Govan is pregnant by Herbert and Twitter has been on fire since it came out.
In the past, Braxton's mother, Evelyn, has said that Herbert has physically abused her daughter. "As simple as that", she said in November of this year. "Stop before he hurts her or kills her".
Listen. We need for Vince to get it together.
She then repeated her claims against Herbert, in more detail. "I think he needs to go and get counseling before someone gets killed".
