ESPN's Katie Nolan Blasts 'F**king Stupid Person' Donald Trump

While Nolan's comments occured on a talk show and not on Twitter or Facebook her attempt to quickly explain away her outburst may have been due in part to ESPN's social media guidelines for journalists ESPN's Katie Nolan Called Donald Trump A 'F*cking Stupid Person' On 'Desus and Mero'

Katie Nolan could be putting ESPN's new political policy to the test.

While appearing on Viceland's talk show "Desus and Mero", the 30-year-old sports talker called POTUS a "f-ing stupid person".

Nolan immediately tested the the Worldwide Leader's politics policy during her appearance when she began discussing President Donald Trump and "white power" hand signs.

When Desus Nice pointed out that Trump frequently makes a thumbs up gesture, Nolan burst out with a string of bleeped out expletives, which she then amends to, 'that's because he's a f*****g stupid person'.

The sports network said it addressed the matter with Nolan, but it will not punish her beyond that, TMZ reported Friday.

Recent ESPN hire Katie Nolan blasted President Trump with some pretty disparaging remarks on Wednesday night, and her new employer is not happy. It tells its employees that they "should refrain from overt partisanship or endorsement of particular candidates" and should "avoid personal attacks and inflammatory rhetoric".

Nolan made the comments with a bit of laughter, but they still challenge the political policy from ESPN.

Hill made her comments in October, 2017, and was suspended by the network.

One of Nolan's new ESPN colleagues, Jemele Hill, was suspended in October for two weeks (with pay) for repeatedly violating the network's social media guidelines on Twitter. Her new podcast for ESPN is expected to launch on January 10.
