Amazon says their International Shopping experience shows pricing, shipping costs and import duty estimates, to ensure there are no surprises. Users can also turn the feature on by themselves and customise the language or currency.

The online retailer introduced worldwide shipping from the United States on Tuesday, making over 45 million items from its catalog available overseas.

The Amazon Shopping app can be downloaded on iOS and Android. However, the new e-commerce feature has created its portable applications usable for the individuals who live in different countries and needed to place their order on Amazon.

Amazon has announced a new option in its shopping app that allows global customers to browse and shop over 45 million eligible items that can be shipped to their country from the United States.

The new shopping experience is available through your web browser and the Amazon Shopping app, the company said in a press release.

The feature allows customers to shop in 25 currencies, including baht, and is available in five languages, including Spanish, English, simplified Chinese, Brazilian Portuguese and German, with more languages being added later in the year.

According to Amazon, more than 45 million products are available to ship internationally, including electronics, clothing, toys, and more. However, if you already have the app installed, you will have to go to Settings Country and Language International Shopping.

Expanding Amazon's US marketplace to global markets could be a boon for the retail giant. This makes it easier than ever for New Zealand customers to get the best of Amazon in their native language, including local language support in search, product details, customer service, and more. Just tap on the option to select the preferred country and language.
