Spider-Man: Homecoming earned more than $880 million worldwide and helped solidify Holland's version Peter Parker as a Marvel fan favorite.

Keeping on brand with its home theme, the Spider-Man: Far From Home title suggests a solo movie taking place at the backdrop of some other country of the world far from the wallcrawler's home New York City.

The Silk character actually appears in another Marvel film Pascal produced, "Spider-Man: Homecoming", which starred Tom Holland as Parker.

Of course, this title makes flawless sense because back in April, shortly before Avengers: Infinity War was released, Kevin Feige, President of Marvel, said that the new film was going to be set in London. He also reveals that he is confused at how a sequel would work, since (spoiler alert) Spider-Man dies in Avengers: Infinity War. I don't know much about it.

After the success of Spider-Man: Homecoming, the makers were quick to announce its sequel and the movie will mark yet another collaboration between Marvel and Sony.

Avengers: Infinity War is now playing in theaters!

In an interview ahead of the movie's release, Holland said that he wasn't even allowed his own copy of the script in case he accidentally ruined the movie for everyone.

"[It's] similar [to Spider-Man: Homecoming]".

The upcoming MCU film stars Tom Holland, Marisa Tomei, Michael Keaton and Zendaya.

Spider-Man: Far from Home is due to hit the big screen on 5 July 2019. What's most exciting for fans though is the fact that Jake Gyllenhaal will be playing the villainous Mysterio.
