Meghan & Harry having a blast at the Games!

Prince Harry and Meghan will be in New Zealand for four days.

She congratulated the pair in person when they broke the news at Princess Eugenie's wedding, telling them she was "delighted" at the news.

Her speech came as New Zealand marks the 125th anniversary of women achieving the right to vote in the country.

The young girls had reportedly been waiting patiently for the duke and duchess to pass and yelled out for a selfie with they got the chance.

Their itinerary includes a bush walk in Abel Tasman national park, a beach BBQ and visits to Rotorua and Auckland.

Keeping inside away from the frigid New Zealand weather, Meghan looked attractive in the simple white buttoned dress for an evening celebrating the city's thriving arts scene. Earlier, they attended a royal banquet where Harry also delivered a message from his grandmother the Queen, who had visited Tonga herself on royal tours and become friendly with their monarchy.

Prince Harry climbed the Harbour Bridge's 1,332 steps with Prime Minister Scott Morrison and Invictus Games ambassadors as the event's flag was raised high above Sydney.

As for the excitement levels in the area with the couple's impending arrival, Wilson said it was relatively "muted" as there would be no opportunity for other locals to meet or see them while they were in the area.

Next on the busy afternoon was laying a wreath at the National War Memorial.

The orc, or Mr Hawker, gave Meghan a gold necklace with paua shell and diamonds made by Village Goldsmith and the couple then posed for pictures with an array of models and monsters.
